RETURNS INFORMATION


To initiate an AT&T Brandshop return, follow these steps:

First, sign in to your account. Then, go to (from the navigation bar at the top of page) MY ACCOUNT > ORDER HISTORY > ORDER DETAILS > INITIATE RETURN

or (from Important Information at bottom of page) ORDER STATUS > CHECK STATUS > ORDER DETAILS > INITIATE RETURNS

Your refund will be processed once we receive and verify the returned merchandise, which can take up to 10 business days from the time we receive your return shipment. You can check the status of your return through the process mentioned above.

AT&T BRAND SHOP RETURN POLICY


We will accept returns for Brand Shop orders of select merchandise within 30 days of the order date. All returns must be in their original condition, unworn and unused, or your return will be rejected.

We will refund the amount paid for the item and any taxes that were charged, to the original payment method or AT&T Brand Shop e-gift card. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. The shipping cost of the return will be deducted from the refund amount. Items from separate orders may not be sent back together in the same return package.​

We are not responsible for lost returns. Please make sure to keep a copy of your tracking information to ensure delivery of your return. Your refund will be processed once we receive and verify the returned merchandise, which can take up to 14 business days from the time we receive your return shipment.

Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges for Brand Shop purchases. Some exclusions or exceptions may apply.​

AT&T BRAND SHOP ITEMS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN


Returns will not be accepted for e-gift cards, swimwear, face masks, items marked as final sale, items bought using a promotional code, or custom items including but not limited to custom apparel and name badges. We reserve the right to update this list and reject an unauthorized return.

AT&T ALLOCATION ITEMS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR EXCHANGE


Please do not send your Allocations exchange product back without completing the online request first. We will return unauthorized products back to you.

Some products can only be exchanged for size and/or color. You will have the ability to select what you want to exchange for.

If an exchange is requested for an ineligible item, we will reach out with questions or we will reject the exchange.

AT&T AUTHORIZED RETAILERS EXCHANGE POLICY


We will accept exchanges only for items purchased through the Authorized Retailer link brandshop.att.com/ar-team-colors within 30 days of the ship date. All returns much be in their original condition, unworn and unused, or your return may be rejected.

We are not responsible for lost exchanges. Please make sure to keep a copy of your tracking information to ensure delivery of the items you are exchanging. Your exchange will be processed once we receive and verify the returned merchandise, which can take up to 14 business days from the time we receive your return shipment.

Please note all items purchased with a Team Colors code are available for exchanges only. All other codes are final sale.

HOW TO REQUEST AN AT&T AUTHORIZED RETAILER EXCHANGE


Authorized Retailer exchanges can only be facilitated for a size and/or color change for the same item that was originally purchased.

When contacting customer service, please be sure to have the order number and item number information available to provide to our customer service team.

Authorized Retailer employees must cover shipping costs of item(s) that are being exchanged.

AT&T AUTHORIZED RETAILER ITEMS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR EXCHANGE


Items within the Authorized Retailer hidden link are eligible for same item size/color exchanges with the exception of Pronoun Pins, Name Badges, and Face Coverings. ​

Please do not include Brand Shop or Team Colors merchandise purchase from a category other than the Authorized Retailer category, brandshop.att.com/ar-team-colors.
