PAYMENT METHODS


We currently accept the following methods of payment:

USING PROMOTIONAL CODES


Promotion codes can be applied to your cart during checkout. Click “Have a Promo Code?,” type in your code and apply to receive your discount. If you receive the notification that your code cannot be applied to your cart, it is likely the code is expired, or your items do not meet the codes qualifications.

We do not accept coupons from other retailers, or coupons for products not carried on our website.

THE SHOPPING CART


You can navigate to the shopping cart by hovering over the icon in the top right-hand corner and clicking “View Cart.” Here you can update quantities, remove items, and enter promotional codes. Promotions that do not require a code will automatically apply if your items meet the qualifications needed.

AT&T Brand Shop requires an AT&T email address to complete a purchase. You can create an account if you don't already have one by navigating to the Sign Up/Log In button in the top header.

PRICE ADJUSTMENT POLICY


Promotions are only valid during the time period stated. Promotions cannot be applied to a previous order, and we are unable to price match any previous orders or promotions.

SALES TAXES


Sales tax will not initially show on the checkout page. Once a shipping address is provided sales tax will automatically apply to your order in accordance with individual state regulations.

ORDER STATUS


Once your order has been placed you will receive an order confirmation email. You can check your order history here or reach out to our customer service team through live chat in the bottom right-hand corner of your screen, email at cservice@brandshop.att-mail.com or call 1-844-432-7288.

We recommend placing orders on our site where your card information is kept safe and secure. You can also place an order over the phone, Monday - Friday between the hours of 8am - 5pm, CST. by calling 1-844-432-7288. If ordering by phone, be sure to have item names, color, and size, as well as your card, shipping, and billing information ready.

For custom orders please navigate to the Custom Orders link in the top header and fill out the form. A member of our custom team will reach out with more information.

Please make sure all information is correct when placing your order. Once your order is placed you will no longer be able to make changes or cancel. Prices and availability of products and services are subject to change without notice.

AT&T Brand Shop reserves the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions including after an order has been submitted whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, AT&T Brand Shop will issue a refund to the original payment method at the amount of the charge. Individual bank policies will dictate when this amount is credited to your account. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return it in accordance with AT&T Brand Shop Return Policy.

SALE PRICE POLICY


Certain items may be returned or exchanged for the original purchase price. No price adjustments will be made for discounted merchandise.
