- Name Badge should be first name only per the AT&T Style Guide.
- Name entry field is case sensitive. Please refrain from using all capital letters when entering your name.
- Only Authorized Retail Store Managers will have the title of manager listed below their names.
- If you have a pacemaker or other medical heart condition, please refrain from using the magnetic fasterner and select the pin fastener option.
- Preview all selections before adding item to bag.
- Made to Order takes 5-7 business days to produce.
- Worn on Right Chest per the AT&T Style Guide.
- Name badges are not eligible for returns.
