You will receive an email from UPS within 1-2 business days with your return
label to ship back items you are exchanging. Step 4:
Your New Hire Kit exchange will be processed within 5 business days of form
submission. Please allow up to an additional 5 business days for transit.
Step 5:
Tracking for your exchange will be sent to the email address provided on the
exchange form.
* We will gladly accept merchandise exchanges within 30 days of the ship
date. All exchanged merchandise must be in its original condition or it
will not be accepted.
