How to Measure:
- Chest: With your arms at your sides, measure around your upper body, under your armpits and over the fullest part of your chest and shoulder blades.
- Sleeve: Measure from the center of the back of your neck down to the wrist bone.
- Waist: Bend to one side to find the natural crease of your waist. Measure at this point, keeping the tape comfortably loose around your waist.
- Hips: Heels together, measure around the largest part of your hips.
